Terms & Conditions

  • No fees to join or cancel 
  • Club members receive a minimum automatic shipment of six bottles of wine at 15% discount two times per calendar year.  The Member may add additional bottles to this shipment at 15% off the retail price. 
  • The winemakers will curate the selection of wines to showcase seasonal favorites and new releases. Members do have the option to personalize the order prior to the processing date.
  • Membership is a commitment to a minimum of two wine club shipments/pickup events. Your credit card will be automatically charged for each recurring shipment for the cost of the wines, taxes (where applicable) and any shipping costs. 
  • Club members will be notified of shipment at least 2 weeks prior, and again two days before processing. All changes to club contents, shipping and billing addresses, and payment methods must be made prior to processing.
  • For club members who choose to pick-up their club wine at Poca Terra Winery, it must be picked up at or before the next “Club Members Only Pick-Up Party” event or within 30 days of the order processing date. If the club shipment is not picked up within 30 days of processing, the shipment will automatically be shipped to the address on file at the club member’s expense.
  • Poca Terra Winery reserves the right to exchange wine selections if shipment is not picked up within 30 days of the processing date.
  • For club members that choose to have wine shipped, club wine will ship to the shipping address on file following club processing. Changes to the shipping address cannot be made after processing. UPS will make three delivery attempts; if the package is returned, additional shipping fees will be applied.
  • Someone 21 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign for wine shipment deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business or a UPS HAL location.
  • Benefits and offers are only available for active club members and will activate after the first shipment has been processed. 
  • Following minimum shipment requirements of two consecutive shipments, wine club memberships can be put on hold, individual shipments skipped, or membership cancelled. If a club membership is placed on hold or skipped, the membership status becomes inactive and benefits are suspended until the next shipment is processed. These actions require written notice by the 15th of the month prior to the next Wine Club release. Email us at karenhlinka@gmail.com. 
  • The club will continue to process shipments unless written notice is given for cancellation or pause. 
  • Unused monthly complimentary flights or glasses do not accumulate or roll over into subsequent months. Club members may not extend this benefit to non-club members and must be present to redeem.
  • By joining our club, you consent to receive communications from us via email and text message. These communications may include important account information as well as promotional content. Should you wish to opt out of receiving promotional emails and texts, you may do so at any time.
