Grown on our own western Kentucky vines and aged 9 months in Kentucky Bourbon barrels, this medium-body wine is rich, bold with notes of dark fruits, toasted oak, vanilla, caramel and baking spices. Pairs well with grilled or smoked meats, barbeque, beef stews or braised short ribs. Nice companion to ble cheese or aged cheddar. Afterdinner serve with dark chocolate, black forest cake or bourbon pecan pie.

Serve at room temperature.
