Kestrel™ is a proprietary blend of our estate-grown Chambourcin and Cabernet Sauvignon grappa di vino and white wine. Aged in American oak barrels to produce a smooth palate and rich finish, this dessert wine is as dangerously quiet as a Kestrel gliding noiselessly on a stream of air. Savor its exceptional balance of complex flavors with hints of cinnamon, cedar, vanilla and apple.
