DRY WINE

This enjoyable red wine is a combination of two of our favorite wines, our own Chambourcin and Cabernet Sauvignon, each aged in Kentucky oak barrels. The proportion of each varietal is the result of a Blending Party, with this being the most popular blend as determined by our winery guests. We agreed! This smooth, luscious wine pairs well with red meats, Italian sauces, and pizza. 

Serve at room temperature.

Composition: 70% Chambourcin, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon
